Vlad Zachary (Cyrillic name: Владимир Захаринов) is a former Bulgarian journalist for the Kultura Newspaper: Articles: ("Kultura" newspaper - Vlad Zachary ), author, radio newscaster and TV anchor. He attended the famous Sofia University. As a student Vlad was actively involved in the formation of the first free newspapers after the fall of Communism in Bulgaria in 1990-s. Later he was recruited as an independent professional by the state-run Bulgarian National Television, and was entrusted with the live reporting from the parliamentary sessions. This same parliament produced the first non-communist constitution in Eastern Europe. Later Vlad Zachary was one of the first newscasters on the first private radio station in Bulgaria "Express Radio". By the late 1990-s Vlad shifted his interests to advertising and helped launch the local branches of the global advertising powerhouses Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather 〔(Ogilvy & Mather (see management) )〕 Vlad Zachary retired from journalism in 1997 to pursue business education in the US. ==Life and career==
In 2002-2010, Vlad Zachary helped produce, direct, and market ''Mastering the Job Interview'', an educational documentary examining the interviewing process of Harvard, Babson, and Bentley MBA graduates.[〕] Vlad Zachary has been part of several start-ups, among them - Bremer Associates, Pingwyn LLC, Career BlackBoard (which owns the DVD copyrights and delivers career services). He is also co-founder of (Pingwyn LLC ), which markets a social networking geo-location app.
